CLIENT ACCESS
Sign in to your client portal
Use the email address on your DPS invitation to access your organisation’s workspace.
First visit? What to expect
- Open your DPS invitation and select “Accept Invitation”.
- Verify your invited email using your existing account or an emailed code.
- If asked, set up Microsoft Authenticator on your phone and complete the test notification.
You will then enter your client workspace. Future visits use the same email and verification method.
I do not have a Microsoft account
You do not need a separate DPS password. Invited users whose email is not linked to Microsoft or another supported sign-in provider can verify their address with a code sent by Microsoft to their inbox.
Enter that code on the Microsoft page. Email verification and authenticator setup are separate steps. If you are unexpectedly asked to create an account or cannot continue, contact DPS with the message shown.
How do I set up Microsoft Authenticator?
- Continue sign-in with your invited email address and complete email or account verification.
- If Microsoft asks for more information or to secure your account, choose Microsoft Authenticator and follow its setup instructions.
- When Microsoft displays your personal QR code, open Authenticator on your phone, select “Add account”, then “Work or school account” and “Scan a QR code”. Scan the code on your computer.
- Complete Microsoft’s test notification, then continue to the portal.
The QR code appears during Microsoft’s setup, not on this welcome page. If you already have a registered method, Microsoft may ask you to use it instead.
Use the email address your DPS invitation was sent to.
